In the summer of 2007/5767 Bryan and I studied at Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies - Jerusalem Israel. It was a very special experiance. It was my second extended stay in Israel and my 5th visit.  In 2002 I spent several months collaborating with Dr. Avram Noodlemen at Bar Ilan University outside of Tel Aviv.

The images directly to the left & at the top right are very special. My 5th grade Herbrew students built a Western Wall from wooden blocks.  At the end of the year we all wrote our prayers, wishes and blessings on small pieces of paper. The students placed their prayers in the little nooks similar to the way you would at the Kotel. I took the prayers to Jerusalem and placed them in the Kotel.
